Support
Does the app show live occupancy?
No. "In service" reflects the selected city's official source status, not whether a toilet is currently free. Recent on-site feedback is shown separately.
Can I browse without location?
Yes. The map and list work without location permission. A recent precise location is required only to submit on-site feedback.
How does offline browsing work?
Enable Available offline while connected. The app saves the city toilet map and refreshes the saved viewport whenever an internet connection is available.
How does feedback work?
No account is required. At the toilet, you can submit structured cleanliness, operational, queue, and maintenance information. Free-text comments are not accepted. You can update or delete your own feedback from the same toilet screen.
